Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

RETURNS: To guarantee the safety of every customer and In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of skincare, make-up & cosmetics unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.Should you wish to return your faulty (factory defect) or incorrectly supplied order for a refund or to exchange certain products within your order, you must inform us within 2 days of receipt of your order, and return the relevant Products to our warehouse within 7 days of receipt for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders. The products must be in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging with a copy of the relevant receipt of payment. With BMPro's return policy, all we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Reasonably care must be taken for any products that you wish to return. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to items whilst in your possession. We may not be able to exchange your product with the exact item(s) you purchased. Some of our products are exclusive to our online store for a specific price, or are available for a limited time only. We also cannot guarantee that your exact product(s) or shade(s) will be available in-store for exchange. Our Product Specialists will however, find you the best possible alternative product(s) for you in this instance. For full or partial refunds on faulty products, you will be refunded to the value of your purchase. For full or partial exchanges, you will be able to seek a replacement to the value of the products purchased. Delivery charges can only be refunded when the whole order is returned, and are not redeemable on partial order returns. Return shipping is absolutely FREE. As part of our return policy (as applicable), all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within the maximum number of days stated. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two –ten (2-10) business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Returns are processed on business days only (Tuesday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
