Returns Policy

BMPRO RELIES ON THIS RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH EVERY PURCHASE. Refunds can only be made for goods returned by customer.
FREE RETURNS: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping.

With BMPro's online 5 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition

Shipping

Orders are processed Via DHL and delivered on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. We are not liable for any custom levies or fees charged by the home country of delivery.

Please allow two additional days for deliveries in rural areas. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Unfortunately for select post codes in specific rural areas we may offer limited delivery options. You will be notified of this at checkout.

To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.
