Return and Refund


Bmpro relies on this Return and Cancellation Policy to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

When a customer contacts us by phone or email, our initial response is to assist getting technical support or customer service for the customer from the vendor of the product that the customer purchased. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a return or a cancellation may be processed.


FREE Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping.


With BmPro's online 30 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.

Orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

Option one - standard
Delivery within two to five working days.

Option two - named day delivery
Delivery on the day selected by the customer.

Orders must be placed by 12 noon on a normal working day.

Although you can still place orders after this date, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. 

NIGERIAN orders received by 12 noon, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for the next day delivery option and the following day for standard delivery.

Please allow two additional days for deliveries rural areas. . We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Unfortunately for select post codes in specific rural areas we may offer limited delivery options. You will be notified of this at checkout.

We will be using local couriers that operate between 7.30am and 9pm to provide re-deliveries at a more convenient time. Simply call the phone number on the 'Failed DeliveryCard' to arrange a time of delivery that suits you. To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.
